God Speaks

by T.A.
(Mesa, Az.)

I am seeking the truth about what God said before the world decided what to put in, or leave out, of the message we were all meant to know!! I just want to find the truth before it got tainted by this cold , cruel and hard hearted world! I struggle to figure out which religion to follow. I want to follow God and Jesus in my journey to get closer to the only 2 kings who matter in this whole wide world . Please if anyone can point me to JUST the FACTS in my Quest, so that I may make a choice on who I will follow to finding God . I do not want to be influenced by anyone but God or Jesus his son who died for my sins ! Thanks & God Bless, Peace & Love

God really does speak NEW
by: Flyintofreedom

To know about any religion we need to read its documentation, history, teachings and mission.
There are many who believe what people tell them about the Bible but never open it to read it for themselves. Those that don't have no authority to speak for it.
I realized this when I was a young teen. I'd heard from others what was written in the Bible, and for some reason I was moved and hungry to read it with my own eyes and experience it as it was written. It drew me in and it made sensed to me. It really touched my heart and gave understanding as I learned about the God who cares deeply for us to get to know Him.
Find a translation that reads easy for you. (Try one of these to compare, ask for assistance at you local Bible bookstore if you want - NKJV, NASB, NET, LIVING) - get one with the red words and read those first. They are the words that Jesus Himself spoke. Ask God to help you understand what you read as if He was reading it aloud to you. He'll be right there with you. He wants for you to get to know Him more than you do! Talk to somebody about what you are learning who can help to answer any questions you may have. You're going to embark on an awesome journey!
