The World Famine Verified (Genesis 41:57)

by Lujack Skylark
(St. Louis)

How the seven year global famine (Genesis 41:57) effected
mankind. The famine existed 1704-1697 B.C. causing massive migrations of people's in the ancient world.

(1)The Hebrew people lead by Jacob entered Egypt in the 2nd year of famine in 1702 B.C.

(2)The Hyksos Canaanite people lead by chieftain Sheshi also entered Egypt in the 2nd year of famine in 1702 B.C.

(3)There were some Minoans whom also entered Egypt's delta and other Minoans from Crete immigrated to the Greek mainland spreading their culture there beginning 1700 B.C.

(4)Amorite/Babylonian king Abi-Eshuh 1710-1684 B.C. tries starving out the Indo-European Sealanders who invaded southern Babylonia in 1700 B.C. by damming the Tigris river

(5)Indo-European tribes invade Dravidian dominated India in 1700 B.C. destroying the Dravidian Mohenjo-Daro civilization.

(6)Indo-European Celts 1700 B.C. introduce the Chinese to the horse driven chariot. Note: The horse driven chariot was first introduced into history by the Kassites whom attacked Amorite king Samsu-iluna 1749-1711 B.C. in 1741 B.C. Note: An Egyptian king (Genesis 41:39)gave Joseph his second chariot (Genesis 41:43) when Joseph was age 30 in 1711 B.C. Celtic mummies were found in western China by Chinese archaeologist.

(7)The Shang Dynasty of China had a seven year famine verifying Joseph's 7 year famine.

(8)The American Indians established the Poverty Point Mound Culture in 1700 B.C. in Louisiana. The agricultural Indians created their first urban society.

(9)The Olmec Indians moved into the Yucatan Peninsula inventing plumbing and were interested in water conservation at this time in world history.

(10)The Hebrews told the truth about the global famine for ancient history; and archaeology backs up the fact on how the famine caused migrations of people throughout the ancient world.

Migration During the World Famine of Genesis
by: Establishedhouse

The question was asked:

What relevance does this history have in the midst of the nations today?

Migration! It is uplifting to see that people from all over the world were migrating and how the Lord brought forth his nation, through these events. And these studies show forth relevancy not just to state that the Biblical account of the famine was real, that Joseph was set as a ruler under pharaoh during the seven years plenty and seven years famine, but that all the nations were effected as the Lord brought forth His nation in that generation.

Just as the entire earth is being effected now, as the Lord brings forth His nation of sons in this generation from every tribe, tongue and nation. This is relevant through the Arab nations; and the turmoil that we see is that transition.

Shang Dynasty
by: Lujack Skylark

Shang Dynasty emperor Cheng Tang rode a horse driven carriage. Joseph rode the pharoah's second chariot. (Genesis 41:43)

www.pureinsight.org/node/1629

Some Chinese peg the beginning of the Shang Dynasty at 1766 B.C. There are others stating his dynasty began in 1675 B.C. Then 1747 B.C. is another date.

The 7 year famine occurred in the VERY beginning of his reign. Joseph's 7 year famine was 1704-1697 B.C.

Chinese emperor Cheng Tang reign must have started in 1704 B.C. where his seven year coincided with Joseph's famine in Egypt (Genesis 41:30) proving the famine was worldwide. (Genesis 41:57)

Grant Jeffery's book "Signature of God", Yemen marble tablet inscription and Yemen Stone are two more artifacts supporting Joseph's seven year worldwide famine. (Genesis 41:57)

Both the Chinese 7 year famine and the Yemen 7 year famine accounts prove our Bible is historically accurate.

Yemen and China Confirm Joseph's Famine
by: Roger

Yemen and China both confirm Joseph's 7 year (Genesis 41:30) worldwide famine. (Genesis 41:57)

Archaeologists in Yemen uncovered a marble tablet stating there was a seven year famine and archaeologists date the tablet to the time Joseph lived.

Shang Dynasty emperor Cheng Tang (Ching Tang) started his reign with a seven year famine as recorded in Chinese annals in Joseph's lifetime.

Yemen and China confirm: (1)There was a seven year global famine. (2)Joseph actually lived (3) The starving Hebrews lead by Jacob must have entered Egypt.

EUROPE

(13)Minoans from the island of Crete migrate to the Greece mainland during the global famine.

(14)Archaeologist found an Indo-European culture developing in central Europe in 1700 B.C. as Indo-European tribes were escaping a famine in Russia.

(15)The Norse Bronze Culture began in northern Europe in 1700 B.C. The Norse used bronze weapons for hunting wild game.

Shang Chinese Emperor Ching Tang
by: Rich

Emperor Ching Tang had the seven year famine and he also rode in a horse driven chariot matching Joseph's timeline in both the seven year famine in Egypt and the fact Joseph rode in a horse driven chariot. (Genesis 41:43)

Shang Dynasty Emperor Ching Tang
by: Lujack Skylark

The global famine (Genesis 41:57) was in 1704-1697 B.C.

Emperor Ching Tang reign is listed anywhere
from beginning in 1737 B.C. to beginning in 1685 B.C Emperor Ching Tang encountered the 7 year famine the same time the famine occurred in Egypt. The Bible pinpoints the date!

Seems like the Bible literalists I wrote this information to are suddenly not interested in the historic confirmation of the Holy Scriptures. Its the sign of the times. Some average Joes, however, find it truly fascinating.

Who Really Cares About The Past?
by: Anonymous

The terrorist nation of Iran, in this present hour, threatens us with terrorist Hezbullah groups operating with Mexican drug cartels just south of the United States border.

Iran will soon have nuclear weapons. The only nation on earth which doesn't want Iran to get nuclear weapons is Israel; and western nations have given the Israeli government the red light warning them not to attack Iranian nuclear sites.

Syrian president Assad, an Iranian proxy, threatens the Middle-East that he will release his chemical weapons should foreigners keep supplying weapons against him. Assad threatens Israel. Three times the Israelis have met with Jordan's king Abdullah over this crisis, and Abdullah has told Israel not to target Assad's chemical sites.

It seems like a luxury to study ancient Israel history in the days of Joseph, when at our present time our lives are placed in jeopardy by Jihadists with their attempts to bring down Judeo Christian civilization.

What is the purpose of this research? Is the research to counter Moslem revisionists, who are rewriting world history of non-Moslem people?

Modern man's philosophy is eat, drink and be merry for tomorrow we may die. This is what the ancient Egyptians believed. They cared so little about truth since a pharaoh arose who knew not Joseph (Exodus 1:8), meaning they were rewriting ancient history before even infant Moses was born!

Don't expect Jews or Christian to get excited by this research. Do a poll or a survey. See the percentage of people who actually care and you will weep.

Indo-European Invasions during the Global Famine
by: Randy

The Indo-European tribes living in Central Asia really went crazy invading the Middle-East, India and western China during the global famine, and the war chariot emerged on the world's battle fields except in Egypt, where the second horse driven chariot was given to Joseph in ceremonial purposes. (Genesis 41:43)

Then the Egyptians used the horse driven chariots again for ceremonial purposes when escorting Jacob's body to Canaan. (Genesis 50:7-11)

The chariot was used for peaceful purposes as long as Joseph reigned as governor of Egypt. After Joseph died the chariot was apparently used in warfare.

The Ancient Chinese and Egyptian Connection
by: John

I find the information about China fascinating! I knew there was a great famine at the beginning of the Shang dynasty, yet I had no idea the famine was connected with Joseph's seven year famine.

Oh How God's word rings true!

Walking in the Hebrew Joseph's Footsteps
by: Fletcher

Truly remarkable - an ancient global seven year famine tracted by various cultures.

I wonder what Jews and Christians will think when they read about this discovery?

I know the Chinese will be interested. The Chinese people seem to love the book the Discovery of Genesis, by C.H.Chang and Ethel Nielsen which shows the book of Genesis verified by ancient Chinese characters.

People living in Judeo/Christain nations don't seem much interested in ancient history, or the verification of God's word these days.

Israel Present and Past
by: Rick

The world news media is so hostile to modern day Israel. Its refreshing to know archaeology and ancient history welded together verifies the Hebrew's Joseph account of the global famine our Holy Scriptures mentions in Genesis 41:57 &
in pharaoh's dream interpreted by Joseph in Genesis 41:1-57; about the great 7 years of harvest followed by the 7 years of famine, where Joseph's vision from God not only opens the door to save the Hebrews from extinction, but God had preserved the lives of the Egyptians, Hyksos Canaanites and Minoans as well.

It says all countries (I imagine) came to Egypt to buy corn, since the famine struck the entire
world. (Genesis 41:57)

It would be interesting to find out more information on Amorite Babylonian king Abi-Eshuh 1710-1684 B.C.

Elamite king Kuter-Nahunte had attacked Abi-Eshuh's forces at Babylon and stole the idol of the Amorite fertility goddess Nanaja. Amorite priests had warned of the impending danger of
losing their priceless artifact. The seven year famine strikes 1704-1697 B.C.

The Indo-European Sealanders invade southern Babylonia, and Abi-Eshuh tries starving them out by damming the Tigris river. The Amorite pagan priests had believed their worse nightmares had been confirmed when they lost Nanaja.

I wonder in the future if there will be some documentation of Babylonians in Abi-Eshuh reign
going to Egypt to buy grain, further verifying Genesis 41:57.

God's word is becoming more verifiable each day by ancient history and archaeological finds in this world, which is becoming increasingly more hostile to Judeo-Christian civilization.
