Isaiah chapter 17

Syrian president Assad just announced a N.A.T.O. attack on Syria will bring about a Syrian attack on Tel-Aviv. Could the prophet Isaiah be right when he says Damascus will be destroyed in one day?

The prophet Ezekiel (Ezekiel 36:24)stated the Jews would return home. May 14,1948 Israel was reborn.

The prophet Zechariah (Zechariah 14:2-9) states the nations of the world will come against Jerusalem. Israel acquired Jerusalem in June 1967.

The prophets prove the word of God is true in the past, as well as the present and future.

Who's in charge

We can all read the bible and find many subjects to talk about. Where does this fit in, or where does that fit in with the bible? God said he would send a delusion on the world in first Thessalonians 5-1-2.

God said Jesus would come like a thief in the night. Every eye would see Him, the whole earth would mourn. Ever since Cain killed Abel, this world has seen nothing but war, war, war. It doesn't matter who goes against whom in this world yesterday, today, or tomorrow.

The truth is, God will be the one to destroy this universe. In 2nd Peter chap. 3 verse 3 thru 10 God tells us what will happen to the world. It seems that we read just enough of the Bible to get us into all kinds of arguments. Our opinions and a buck will buy us a cup of coffee.

Everyday in this world people die, and that is the end of the world for them. So we can talk and argue all we want and never come to the knowledge of the mysteries of God. Make yourself a bet. Will I die before Jesus comes or not?

If I am saved it doesn't matter, I will be absent from the body and present with the Lord. If I am alive when He comes, and I am saved I will be changed in the twinkling of an eye. So as you can see it is a win win situation. Nobody can stop what is going to happen to this world.

Someday God will, whether anyone likes it or not. If you are alive pray to God for Salvation. If you are dead and not saved it is to late. This is not my opinion, it comes from God's word. Try reading it to find out.
